How long will delivery take?
Standard delivery within 6–10 working days depending on location.
Do you deliver to Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities?
Yes, we ship pan-India including Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities through our courier partners.
How much is the shipping charge?
Shipping is free for orders above ₹2500. Orders below that may have a nominal delivery charge.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via WhatsApp.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, Credit/Debit cards, Netbanking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Can I pay partially in advance and the rest on delivery?
Yes, you can pay a booking amount online and the remaining amount via COD.
Is COD available on all products?
COD is available on all products. A partial advance payment is required on all COD orders.
Are your bats suitable for leather balls?
Yes, our English Willow and Kashmir Willow bats are designed for leather ball play.
Do your bats come with a cover?
All bats will be delivered with a full-length padded cover.
How do I choose the right bat size?
Refer to our bat size guide provided on each product page.
Do you knock-in the bats before shipping?
Yes, we provide a machine knocking & oiling service for no additional charge.
Do cricket bats come with a warranty?
Yes – 6 months warranty on the handle and 3 months on the blade (this is not applicable on edges/toe).
What if my bat breaks?
If it is covered under warranty, we will replace or repair it. If not, we will offer a repair service at nominal charges.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 7 days if the product is unused and in its original packaging. (No returns are applicable on customized products, knocked bats, used bats, and clearance items).
Can I get my name engraved on the bat?
Yes, we offer bat engraving/personalization at an extra cost.
Do you provide bulk/team orders?
Yes, contact us for team kit discounts and corporate bulk orders.
Do you provide a knocking & oiling service?
Yes, this is available as an add-on before shipping.
